Carrots are also available in the fall. Carrots are a common harvest at the end of summer season and a the early period of autumn. Carrots are popular among consumers that it is grown pretty much everywhere.

The cauliflower is also a vegetable to be expected to be popular during the season of autumn.

It is evident that these vegetables can grow during the fall as well as on the cold months or during the winter. In some corners of the world, you can expect that they still harvest the same vegetables whatever the climate is.

The charred can also be expected to grow during the fall months. Furthermore, it is harvested best in the cold season. Furthermore, it is expected to get better during the summer. As a cooking vegetable, it tends to grow year-round in temperate climates.

You can also expect that the eggplant will be ready for harvesting during late summer. Even during the winter, eggplants can actually survive.

You'll find that garlic is sweeter during the fall or late summer. There are also green beans that can be expected to last until late in summer and tastes sweeter. The climate however will have a great influence in its maturity.

Lettuce that are often used in salads as well as sandwiches can likewise be seen in the fall. Of course, it will also depend on the climate as to how the lettuce with flourish and it can be available all year round.

Of course, the main partner of garlic which is the onion can also be harvested during fall. This vegetable is usually harvested by growers and farmers in the late of the summer season.

Potatoes as well will grow under any given season specially on early fall or late summer. They even store well that you can use them throughout the winter.

Also, you can find squash during fall and even on winter.
