How To Make Window Washing Much Easier

It common to forget these important parts after the cleaning process, not knowing how cleaning this glasses plays important part in the overall look of the home. Sometimes they are ignored not because they are forgotten but instead as a result of lack of know how. Unknown to you however, window washing can be the easiest part in home cleaning process.

Normally, there are three alternatives that you can explore to have sparkling clean windows. These are to seek the services of professional cleaners which translate to extra expense, to choose the innovative self cleaning glasses which may not work with low budget or to clean them yourself. The third option is the most practical particularly if your home has just a few windows.

At the end of it all, the option you go for should ensure that your glasses are sparkling clean, which translates to frequent cleaning. This is why you need some window washing ideas to make the job lighter.

It whole starts from the tools you have for the job. Always keep in mind that this is a job that will almost look impossible without the appropriate tools and turns out so easy in case you have the tools that are appropriate. When you walk to the hardware store or even choose to buy them online, here are a few of the tools you should not forget. There should be a bucket enough for a mop and a squeegee, a good quality squeegee, a mop or washer, a scraper for removal of tough marks and some detergent.

Whatever your options are, just make sure to have a bucket, a good quality squeegee, detergent, a mop, a micro-fiber cleaner if possible and a scraper. Depending on how high they are located, you can also consider other tools like a ladder, poles and the tool belt. You should also include old towel for washing the frames.

You need to add water to the bucket to at least half full, add detergent in it and mixed. The other alternative that works better is to directly add detergent to the wet mop. When done, it is time to start the real work. Add water to the glass surface and rub thoroughly with the mop. This should be done until all the dirt all that is removable is removed. At this point, you can now use the scrapper to clear stubborn marks. This should be done with care to avoid scratching the glass surface or even dragging such marks. Passing the blade forward can help achieve this.

After the same is on both sides of the window, the squeegee is then used to clear off any water. In order to achieve sparkling clean windows, this process must be done with great care. The best method is to do it from one corner to the other at angle.

The micro-fiber wiper can do the final wiping to achieve sparkling surface. The frames are then wiped with a towel and you will be ready to go. In the whole window washing process, it is important to use very clean water and in plenty. You can use the ladder and other tools if the distance requires climbing.
